Registration cost is calculated based on the options chosen.
Student / Ministry Worker: RM150
Working Adult / Non-Student: RM200
Children 12 and under in primary school: Free
Children 13 and above in secondary school: RM150
If you are a ministry worker and sole breadwinner of the house, your spouse only needs to pay RM150. However, if your spouse is employed, then your spouse needs to pay RM200.
We count the year your child was born in - All primary school students (12 and under) pay RM150, and all secondary school students (13 and above) pay RM200.
Conference registration fees are non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the registrant should notify AOY, but no refund will be given. Alternatively, you may find someone to replace your registration personally, but notice must be given to AOY before close of registration. (see question 6)
No, registration tickets are not transferable from year to year.
If you or someone in your group are not able to attend, you may transfer the ticket to another person as long as they need the same type of ticket you have. For example, a student ticket cannot be transferred to someone needing a working adult ticket and vice versa.
Please note, you will be responsible for arranging to get the money from the person you sell the ticket to.
You will need to inform the person in charge of registration about the transfer of registration before the closing date. Last minute transfers will not be entertained and fees will not be refunded.
AOY provides breakfast, lunch, and dinner. All meals served are vegan friendly. Drinking water is given as well.
Yes! Meetings on the Sabbath morning are open to the public and free to attend without a registration. This excludes the Friday evening meeting. You will need to make arrangements for meals as there are no free meals provided.
Yes! AOY does not assign roommates. Attendees are responsible for finding their own roommates and may fill their rooms at their discretion. When reserving your room, you will be asked to specify those occupying your room. One individual is responsible for reserving and paying for the room and can personally divide the room cost and collect reimbursement from their roommates. AOY does not accept partial room payments.
The deadline for making reservations through AOY is at the close of registration.
Children age 12 and under may come with their registered parents free of charge and do not need to be registered. Parents only need to indicate the number of children under 12 and their respective ages. All children age 13 and older will be charged according to the registration table as outlined on the prices page.
Yes! AOY offers a free children's class for all young children. Parents need to indicate the number of young children they are bringing on the registration form. (See question 10)
You can your payment either via online transfer or by cash deposit. Please remember to upload your transaction slip as proof of payment otherwise your registration will not be confirmed.

You have to make your payment and upload the transaction slip as proof of payment (See question 12) by the close of registration. If you do not make your payment by the close of registration, your registration may not be accepted. Any registration or payments made after the close of registration may stil be accepted but you will not receive any T-shirts.
We do make exceptions for international delegates who are unable to make an online transfer to pay for the registration fees on the first day. However, to qualify for this, arrangements must be made with the person in charge of registration.
Yes! There is an early bird registration discount of RM20. However, to qualify for early bird, all payments must be made before the close of early registration (2 months before the conference - see main page) otherwise your early registration is not confirmed. Failure to pay before the close of early bird registration will result in you having to pay the normal price. No exceptions will be made.

Do allow 1 week to receive a reply.
Yes, we must receive your completed registration before the close of registration. We will not entertain requests of letters of invitation without a prior confirmed registration. Also, keep in mind that it can take up to 1 week to receive a response to your application and you will need to allow time to apply for your visa, arrange travel, and register for the conference as well. The earlier you apply the better chance you will have at getting things in order for your trip.
No. You do not need to apply for a letter of invitation unless required by the embassy in your country, or by your school. The purpose of the letter of invitation is to aid attendees in obtaining visas or permission for leave from school.
No. AOY does not personally negotiate with embassies to obtain visas for international attendees. However, we issue letters of invitation that attendees may need to send to their embassies in order to obtain a visa to attend the conference.
No, you do not need to sign up for seminars ahead of time. Seminars registration forms will be available on the first day and availability of seats is on a first-come basis.
We are always looking for eager volunteers! To apply, just indicate on the registration form the ministry in which you are able to volunteer in. If your application is approved you will be contacted by email with further instructions.
There is no discount given for being a volunteer. AOY is a movement to train and develop self-sacrificing workers for the Lord. All Board of Director members and Executive Committee members pay to attend the conference.
Attire should reflect the professional nature of the conference. We encourage smart casual attire during meetings and workshops and formal during Sabbath. Attendees are asked to respect the principles of Christian modesty and simplicity.
AOY does not provide sponsorship for attendees. We strongly recommend that you approach your local church or church leaders to enquire about sponsorship. However, if you are unable to get any support, you can contact us to ask for financial assistance as we do send out fundraising letters to fundraise for those who wish to attend but cannot afford to. We never want money to be the reason someone cannot be enriched by God's Word.
